can vote for the election of the Secretary and the Provincial Assembly, the Secretary and the Directors of the club and sign the applications, all members of the PD in 2009 that they renewed their 2010 membership card, and new members by April 15, 2010 .

Members of 2009 may renew the card at the headquarters of the Circle or during the three assemblies preparatory to the day of voting!
