: Gelmini behaves consistent with what the Government is doing in all areas where
shows absolute inability to look ahead and make reformist policies; damage to the country are very serious. Some examples of school

I do not think that everything is random, only the result of incompetence and sloppiness:
there 'strong willingness' of the government to weaken the public school impoverished, throwing uncertainty and denigration.
