"In just two years, 2008 and 2009, the Government has cut the fund national social policies by almost half, going from about 953 million in 2007 to about 517 million this year, which until now has been granted only 50%. The situation is dramatic - the Alderman says - and shows the obvious disengagement of the national government to the weakest.
